Ty has this new fascination with sparklers. He found several boxes of them in a drawer a few weeks ago and once we showed him what they were he has been really intrigued by them ever since. My only condition when he wants to light sparklers is that he has to wear this cute little robe that Neil's mom got him for Christmas. He looks so handsome!
Here he is anticipating the lighting of the sparkler. You can't tell, but he has his shoulders shrugged up in excitement...

Jennifer, please be very careful with those sparklers.. I know the kids ove them but I had a very bad burn from a malfunction when one exploded while I was lighting it.
Joel's boss's daughter has a terrible scar on her leg where a piece of the sparkler fell off on her clothing and it was so hot it melted the clothing to her leg.
