Today was a big day for Tyrus...he got to buy his lunch at school!! Woo Hoo! You would have thought it was Christmas at our house...
He's been begging us to let him buy because he wanted to go in the kitchen. We were at a point this morning that it was really his only option. So, we gave him two $1 bills to put in his pocket...
If the small things like this make him this happy then we must be doing something right...
When I picked him up this afternoon I had to know what he ate for lunch. His response, "A deli sandwich with ham and cheese." This is oddly identical to what we usually packed him for lunch. Oh well, there's always next time. He didn't seem too upset about it anyways because he got to go in the kitchen.
