Neil took both kids out today so that I could have the house to myself for a few hours. Their first stop was Grammy's house. Apparently, they had so much fun that Miss Mary refused to leave and had a total meltdown when Dada tried to get her in her car seat. So, Grammy decided that Mary could spend the night and have some quality girl time with her cousins Katelyn and Anna. I have called twice today to check on them and Mary is having a blast with the girls. They have watched Hanna Montana, danced, and sang songs. Mary is dance lover like her Dada and Grammy said that she really has some rhythm.
So, Tyrus Benjamin is an only child tonight and is really eating it up. He LOVES having his Mama and Dada's undivided attention. I don't think I've realized how much time it takes away from him watching Mary. I have really enjoyed focusing just on him for the last few hours.
