11 Months

We are now just one month away from our girl's first birthday (sniff sniff). Gosh, I love Mary so much. I can't believe that she has been here for 11 months, but I feel so blessed to have her in our lives. I mean, look at her smile...



And her big baby booty...



"Mare Bear", as we have come to call her these days, is still our little Diva. She definitely knows what she wants and expects to get it. For example, on Saturday she knew that she wanted her Mama to carry her around the grocery store AND push the buggy with groceries and Tyrus in it. I did carry her, but I'm such a sucker for those blue eyes and pouty lip when she gets upset. I seriously cannot help it. :)

I did realize a cool thing that Mary has learned while playing with her yesterday, she can say hello. Well, it actually comes out "heda", but she says every time she puts her little pink flip phone to her ear. We had a blast yesterday playing with that phone and having the same conversation over and over again. She kept handing me her phone so that I would act like someone was calling her and when I would hand it to her she would put it to her ear and say "heda" and then smile.

Mary has also learned how to give Kisses. She does it with her forehead, but its still really cute. When I am holding her and ask her if Mama can have a kiss she leans her forehead in and touches my mouth with it. We'll work on it.

We have a lot of changes in our lives right now so I am really REALLY going to try and not let this last month of her first year just pass by.
