After the kids ate it was time for the book exchange.  Each student brought a wrapped book from home.  The kids stood in a circle and Ms. Reagan read a story about Mrs. Right and Mr. Left.  When she said, "Right", they passed their book to their right and when she said, "Left", they passed to their left.  When she was finished reading the story the book that they were holding was theirs!

Tyrus ended up with a Cat In the Hat book.  Doesn't he look thrilled...

A lot of kids were upset with the book that they ended up with so, all on their own, they started trading books with each other.  Tyrus ended up with this Mega Trucks book.  I'll give you one guess on who brought this book from home...
