Tyrus had his 2nd game last Saturday and he was a very lucky boy because he had two cheerleaders in the stands...
The games are a lot of fun to watch because they are all so little and they either hit the ball and run to second or every single player on the field chases a ball when it is hit - no matter where it goes! However, Tyrus likes to make it a little more exciting by hitting the ball and running to the outfield and making his coach chase him to get him to come back to the base. Sigh. It's actually really frustrating for both Neil and myself because he is so disobedient. Now, we know he's little and this is really his first organized activity of any kind, but the other parents have to think that we have the worst behaved child in the world. Doesn't sound like Tyrus? We know! We have no idea what comes over him when he steps foot on that field. Maybe he needs to play soccer where he can run and run and run...
