Timeout

When I got home yesterday afternoon I was informed, by Sharon, that Mary had to experience her first timeout. Apparently our little princess was throwing books at her brother and thinking it was hilarious. Sharon told her to stop several times, but she wouldn't back off. Tyrus, my little sweetheart, never retaliated on her, but told Sharon that he was getting very mad at Mary. So, Sharon finally had enough and got onto her. Mary immediately started crying. Sharon made her sit in the corner and she sat down beside her so that she would stay put. Sharon said that while they were sitting in the corner Mary didn't make a peep, but as soon as she started talking to her, trying to explain what she did, Mary lost it again and started screaming. Sharon's remark to me when I got home, "She really is a Diva!"
