89 Days To Go...
Well, we started P90X tonight! Let's just say it is difficult to type right now because my arms are shaking. Tonight was all about different kinds of push-ups and pull ups. We used resistance bands, dumb bells, and our own bodies. There are four people that are on the screen and do the workout with you. Every time you start a new workout Tony, the head guy, will ask everyone what their goal is for that particular exercise. For example: When it came to diamond push-ups...

I was seriously happy to do just one with the right technique. I really want to use this first week to get familiar with the exercises and know what to expect next. Don't get me wrong, I brought it tonight, but I know that I can do more (eventually). I probably will not update every time after each workout, but I will be honest and I will say if we had to skip a workout for a particular reason. I really want to commit to this. There is no way that I'm going to be a fat blob at the beach in July!!

You will be amazed at what you can do just after the first 30 days. Just wait until plyometrics... :)
