Well, it is that time of year again. The time of year where photography studios are booked solid because mothers are getting their kids pictures made for the christmas card. Last year I was one of those mothers and I was very happy with the outcome. However, this year we are on a limited budget because I have been working since October. So, I decided that I could do what those professional photographers do. I can set up a studio in my kitchen and control a 2 year old while keeping an 8 week old happy and take a great picture at the same time. Thank god my mother is still here. It was hard work and there was definate bribing going on (ice cream), but the outcome turned out great. I'll post the actual card in a couple of days, but here are a few funny pictures that didn't make the cut...

My favorite Christmas card picture ever was taken in front of our Christmas tree. It was when the girls were four months old. I remember how much fun we had posing for those pictures. Great memories. I can't wait to see the Christmas card. I am sure it will be perfect. With two kids as cute as yours, how can you go wrong? It sounds like you are beginning to feel a bit better. See you soon.
