A Little Strange...
Last night Ty woke up at 3:45! Now, this may not sound strange to a lot of people, but to us it was really weird. He hasn't woken up in the middle of the night in months. Anyways, I woke up and heard he and Neil out in the living room. So, I immediately woke up to see if he was okay. They were sitting on the couch watching a cartoon. Neil looked like he was about to go back to sleep so I told him to go ahead and go back to bed. He stays up a lot later than I do and he had only been asleep for a couple of hours. After Neil went back to bed Ty and I curled up on the couch together to watch another cartoon. Then we shared a bowl of cereal, looked at the moon, and I put him back to bed. He acted fine. He didn't even act like he had a nightmare. Neil said that he heard him screaming and when he walked into his room Ty popped up and said, "choo choo rain!". You could hear the Locust Grove Train coming through town. We seem to think that maybe he heard that train and got frustrated when he couldn't find his trains. I have to admit that I enjoyed spending a little time with my boy in the middle of the night like that. He was very sweet. AND (the best part) he slept until 10:00!
