As the time of Tyrus being an only child comes to an end Neil and I are really trying to do some things that we know he would love. Today, we took him to Hapeville to visit the Fire Station. Our very good friend, Mike Donaldson, works there and told us that he would give Ty the royal treatment if we brought him up. We knew that Ty would love it there, but we had no idea how much he would love it. He sat in, rode in, and climbed all over every vehicle that they had. Mike was great. He showed Ty everything and let him do anything he wanted and explained everything to him. One of the best parts was that Ty's friend Lana went with us. It took them a few minutes to warm up to the new place, but once they did they had so much fun.

Looks like fun! Wow, I never go to do that when I was kid.
