This is Ty's trick of the week. He has learned to climb onto the chair and how to get off of the chair. I say that this is the trick of the week, but he has actually learned a lot this week. He learned how to climb into his dump truck, how to climb down stairs, how to stand up from a sitting position in the floor without holding onto anything, and he knows how to bring something that I ask for. The other morning we were getting ready to leave for work. I had given Ty a cup of milk and he had walked back into his bedroom to play for a minute. When it was time to go he walked out of his room without his cup and I asked him, "Ty where is your cup?". He immediately turned around and walked back into his room. I followed him and when he got to his room and got down on his belly and was looking under his changing table. I got on the floor and -sure enough- his cup was under the changing table! The poor kid couldn't reach it. I was so proud of him because it was the first time that he just knew what something was without me pointing to it first or actually handing it to him.
