The Diamond
Last night Tyrus and I were lying in our bed watching "Titanic" on TNT. I am really terrible about watching movies over and over again. It doesn't matter how many times I've seen them I can't help but watch them again when they are on television. Titanic is one of those movies. Anyways, I talked Tyrus into watching the beginning of it with me and I promised him that he would see a giant boat. I think he would have stayed up and watched the whole thing with me, but it didn't come on until 9:00 and that would have been way too late for him.

When the movie got to the part where the guy gives Rose the diamond necklace Tyrus thought the necklace was very pretty. When they started talking about the fact that it was a diamond Tyrus looked at me and asked, "Is it in the sky?" Get it? "Like a diamond in the sky" from "Twinkle Twinkle little star".

We have been singing a lot lately. "Twinkle Twinkle" is one of our favorites. We sing on the way to Andria's house and on the way home. Ty's favorite song to sing is the one about birds and it is one that the words change every time we sing it because I made it up. Ty also loves to do the hand motions and he likes to help Mary do the hand motions.

I just thought the diamond thing was cute. It shows how sweet Tyrus is.
